I get trouble in installing R programing language as a newest version but my
windows is old version (7-32) so I search in archive for old version( 3.1.2)
but when I try to extract the file by peazip I found it demand a password, Can
you help me in this trouble please

In our dataset the samples/object are number of patients which is 128 and we
are dealing with 12,625 genes which is our
attributes of the dataset. So, it is obvious that if I calculate the
correlation matrix of (128 * 12,625) the resulted dimension of the
correlation matrix will be (12,625 * 12,625
thanks a lot dear. I will keep your advice in my mind.
