Here is how R is called to run the macro in the script:

I have to do roll regression based on the Daily data. I use the past three

I've found one solution, which is to transform each matrix into a 1d
array. This gives me the output I wanted.

All,
I am working on a multiple-regression meta-analysis and have too many
alternative models to fit by hand. I am using the "metafor" package in
R, which generates AIC scores among other metrics. I'm using a simple
formula to define these models. For example,

Hi there,
I'm using presence-absence data in a gam (i.e. 0 or 1 as values)
I am trying to run a gam with 'dummy covariates' i.e. 1~1
unfortunately my model:
*
model<-gam(1~1, data=bats, family=negbin)*
keeps putting out:
*
Error in gam(1 ~ 1, data = bats, family = negbin) :
Not enough (non-NA
~x1, umf))
Error in `contrasts<-`(`*tmp*`, value = contr.funs[1 + isOF[nn]]) :
contrasts can be applied only to factors with 2 or more levels

Error in `contrasts<-`(`*tmp*`, value = contr.funs[1 + isOF[nn]]) :

f there is way
to do it either in Spatstat or other R-packages. Thanks for your
suggestions.

Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a package for R that calculates
2D image correlation, e.g. by 2D canonical correspondence analysis?
Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I am trying to simulate a regression on survival data under a few
conditions:
1. Under different error distributions
2. Have the error term be dependent on the covariates
But I'm not sure how to specify either conditions. I am using the Design
package to perform the survival analysis using the
relation coefficient using
the rcorr function from the Hmisc package, but I'm not at all confident that
this is suitable.
Any advice on how to approach this problem would be really helpful.
Thanks a lot,
M. Grace

Hi there,
can somebody give me a guide as to how to generate data from weibull
distribution with censoring
for example, the code below generates only failure data, what do i add to
get the censored data, either right or interval censoring
q<-rweibull(100,2,10).

Hi,
i have used the code below to come out with censored data with real values
but if i want to generate data from
q<-rweibull(25,2,4) that involves percent eg 5% or 10% censored i do not
know how to do it.
Can somebody show me how to do it.
Thank you in advance

you help me on this? I hope this is not some simplest R question. I am
a beginner.
Thanks a ton!
