I need to create matched test and / control pairs from a (dis)similarity
matrix. I am not sure if the existing matching softwares (e.g., optmatch,

upgrading to R 2.12 and running R as an administrator. I have WinEdt 5.x

I have updated to R version 2.9. I also have R version 2.7 running on the
same box. I get the following error in R 2.9; the command goes through
without any errors in R 2.7.
