The final coxph-model was received by downward-selection using
step-function.

handle" numbers, e.g. coefficient = 1.73 -> exp(coef) = 5.64. BUT mine are
way bigger numbers as you can see from the summary output (above). And
because they are so large vaues, they almost seem to not make any sense.

I have a one simple question which does not seem to be that simple as I
cannot find any solution/answer:
Is it possible to compare multiple survival curves in R with
survdiff-function when there is interaction term involved in predictor
variables (and this interaction is significant)?
