[R] mgcv package plot superimposing smoothers

[R] 'mgcv' package, problem with predicting binomial (logit) data

last plot, of the predictions, is not what I expect. It’s just a random scatterplot, not what I would expect from the smoother plot. Does anybody know what I did wrong?
