Evening folks:
Running R 4.2.0 on Linux Mint 19.3. When I tried to update package
nloptr the operation failed with this error text seeming to be key to
the problem.

Hello,
Using the official windows build of R 4.2.0 from the CRAN website I can
no longer download files from an internal website with a self signed
certificate. This worked under build 4.1.3.
