I gave up using sophie and decided to use sweep - after all its only a dr
mail server :).
However, it detects sweep, but when Qmail-scanner attempts to run the sweep
binary, it gives the error "Error initialising detection engine - missing
part of virus data. I have no issues running sweep f
I've found a need to have a log of all the mail qmail-scanner sees,
but I don't need something as verbose as DEBUG. A co-worker and I wrote a patch
against qmail-scanner-queue.template (1.25) that allows per-message logging,
recording sender, recipient, subject, and attachment name (if there is one

the latest version of KAV/AVP ?
My qmail-scanner start AVP without problems, but a qmail-scanner -z
dont put into the qmail-scanner-queue-version.txt "avp"

Ok, i have get the solution ==>
QMail-scanner.pl start kavscanner with the -Y -VL option.
before, Old AVP start a scan and put the version number
but now, he put "option unknow" and dont put the version number
i have change -Y -VL for put -v and now that's work.
