It means 'sub scanloop' its calling the 'sub spamassassin' and
$plain_text_msg is set to 0, either because you have the default set to
off, or because the particular message it is scanning had MIM

I am seeing this line in my qmail-queue.log file
scanloop: scanner=spamassassin,plain_text_msg=0
Any one could explain what that means ?
I am running qmail-scanner+clamd+spamd
My spamd and clamd are running in supervise mode. Here is how my
/servise/spamd/run looks like
