[Qmail-scanner-general]blocking files with renamed extensions

Hi Is it possible to block attachments, even if their extensions are renamed? I tried this with a "file.mp3" (which got blocked as supposed), then renamed it to "file.txt" and it went straight through. How can I prevent this? robert
