In the patch for spamassassin.pl, there is a line that logs the reject
which can be modded to:

My qmail is using syslog to log to /var/log/qmail directories.
Qmail-scanner, with log_details set to syslog logs to
/var/log/maillog. [spamd] log messages also show up in
/var/log/maillog.
