-maildrop 1.3.9
I try to update to the newer versions, but now qmail-scanner is not working
I installed again the old versions, but now I can't make that qmail-scanner
works again

I have multiple server and every uppdate take a long time
With this change, I can copy the .pl from the development machine to the
servers without changes
The change I made was on line 133 of qmail-scanner-queue.template (1.12)
