I don't get it, after some upgrades of the distribution (to mandriva 2006),
and spamassassin, qmail-scanner does not scan all messages.
I am getting spam and I know q-s did not touch it because there are no
q-s tags in the headers. Some mail has tags, some does not.

I did an upgrade of the distribution and now when I send email
I get:
451 qq temporarary problem (4.3.0) and mail is not sent
When I switch to qmail-queue it works but with qmail-scanner-queue.pl
it does not.
