I thought that the problem the permissions may lie with PERL and setuid, thus I upgraded to PERL 5.8.. and now I'm getting this problem while trying to re-installing qmail-scanner*.23: Time::HiRes object version 1.65 does not match bootstrap parameter 01.20 at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.5/mach/DynaL
