I´m not putting the spam in a special mailbox yet. I´m justing tag´ing it as
spam and letting the user to write her/his own filter in outlook, kmail or
whatever they use. probably I will change this in the near future :-)

Is there a way to use dspam with qmail-scanner? I think it should work in a
way similar to spamassin.
