[Qmail-scanner-general]Stopped mail digest

Hi all ! I just like to know if you think there is a way to implement something like a digest for stopped/taged mail by Q-S. The goal of this is to store all stopped/taged messages (Spam, Viruses, ...) on the server and to generate each T time a report for the user that could "unlock" some mails,
