Qmail-Scanner has nothing in it to "open up" relaying.
Remove Qmail-Scann
I have configured one principal qmail/q-s server that act like
relaying all incoming e-mail to my net to the others e-mail server (one with
sendmail and 3 with Groupwise).
All e-mail come in muy principal server and then to the
individual server.
