No, qmail does not support it natively, because the mail has to be
rejected *before* DATA. You need to either patch qmail-smtpd, or replace
it

i have installed qmail with virtual domains (5/6) and when i use
qmail-scanner, i receive the mails tagged as *SPAM* for the domain i
configured at the option --domain. the others are configured as
--localdomains. how can i fixed this issue? to tag all the emails
