This is mainly a cleanup release - fixing a few outstanding problems.
The biggest change is that Q-S has gone back to calling /usr/bin/perl
instead of /usr/bin/suidperl. This is to keep it in sync with perl - and
will probably break some

We have qmailscanner 1.20 running with Fsecure and have started seeing a
number of these messages in the /var/log/maillog. They seem to be showing
up every five to ten minutes during the busier part of the day. We have
incoming concurrency set for 30 and we've increased the memory in
/serv
