Bizarre.
I have qmail-scanner installed using Sophos sweep and SpamAssassin.
When I run the test_installation script,
the innocuous mail arrives
the EICAR.COM e-mail is caught (presumably by perlscanner) and I get a
message indicating this
the attached file with the EICAR test virus is caught (
qmail-smtpd/run softlimit 20 000 000
Can you send us your exact qmail-smtpd/run file?
Also, is clamd running? Is clamd configured to log? Is there anything
in clamd's log? Try killing clamd, removing /tmp/clamd (or wherever
you set your pipe to be), and restarting clamd.

Hi all,
To solve my problem of qmail-scanner giving the
errors "Permission denied" for ClamAV on the
files created in /var/spool/qmailscan/tmp, can
someone using QMail-Scanner AND ClamAV give the
results of the two commands
ls -la /var/spool
ls -laR /var/spool/qmailscan

I tried both ways, ok mailstats.csv is out. Now I have set
log_details=syslog in qmail-scanner.pl I just ran the qs2mtgr.pl and still
nothing I have also tried looking for other qmail logs and found nothing but
the multilog logs. So I ran it on /var/log/qmail/current and nothing. Here
