Thanks for the help. I have set the softlimit to 25M as suggested but it did not solve the issue. After testing, I am convinced this has something to do with running spam assassin in daemon mode. Here is the command I am using to start the daemon: /usr/bin/spamd --debug -x -L -u spamc The spam
