Hi, F-Prot and SpamAssassin should just work if they are installed prior to qmail-scanner. You can use smtproutes (/var/qmail/control/smtproutes) to route the email to the correct server after the initial scanning. One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of spammers ignore the MX presidence and
