2.6 ?
Compilation phase is not so easy for our end user...

I agree, it's probably a DNS problem.
Check your DNS connectivity with nslookup commands.

Hello everyone,
When a client connects to qmail to send a mail, a DNS lookup is
performed by qmail to get the logical name of the client.
My question is : how to disable this lookup ?
