MX routing question

Hi, I'm trying to make all mail incoming for a bunch of hosts to be delivered to this one mail host. So i've setup an MX record for each one of those domains to be that mail host. Problem is, the mail is always delivered for that host, ie: if I send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and the MX is mx
