There were more layers in EPSG:2154 (Lambert 93) but temporarily lost with
the migration to the new "Geoplateforme".
The layers in 2154 will come back gradually as written in this article :

Iam trying to make a print layout using a defined rectangle.
The print layout created using the rectangle is correct in the x
coordinates but in the y coordinates it is always smaller than the defined

A friend wants to georeference some old maps in QGIS.
But for what I see IGN only serves epsg:3857 maps as public service?
No proper crs? Not sure what the national crs is to use

Looking at

it indeed seems to mostly serve in EPSG:3857

scales 8 to 19, here : https://geoservices.ign.fr/planign

there is a link to regularly updates csv file which gives the different
layers available and
