Today, using a 2.3 OSGeo4W from yesterday, I was attempting to add a
field using the field calculator and received a "not supported by the
provider" which seemed odd, because T could do this in 2.2.
Has anyone else seen something similar?

According to

Of course nobody wants to rewrite his symbols, so the question is: is ther

HI,
Opening one of my 2.0 projects in 2.1 I'm getting this dialogue for
one of the layers. The layer is in AMG84zone 51 and opens fine in 2.0.
I can see what it's supposed to do, but as a user, it's really not
clear which one I'm supposed to pick.
I also don't see why it's suddenly causing probl

Hi,
The osgeo installer has now pushed me along to 1.8 (is there an easy way back

I'm now seeing this error flying past many, many times at great speed:

Hi,
I've been happily running the development nightly builds on my linux (ubuntu)
box for a while now.
Unfortunately, I've just hit a point where unfortunately I have no real choice
but to load up an ecw image.
I have previously complied the ecw library (when using ubuntugis-unstable) and

Paolo, Mayeul,
I've checked 1 and 3 using QGIS 1.6 and win XP and 7.
Bug 3: IE8 does not have any problems with that page.
I can not reproduce 1 either, using an windows-ish equivlent of Mayeul's method.

I can confirm this with this data.
It is further than I get with my datasets. I usually only get to step 2, and
the datum is unimportant.
It's quite annoying because it means that any dataset I have with a raster, and
"on the fly" selected causes qgis-dev to crash.
