thanks for replying... It was able to find SIP and PyQt. But it is not able
to find core.lib, gui.lib from Python/QGIS directory. How do we build these
files? Where is source code to build these files ? These files are available
with default Quantam GIS Installation Setup. I want to buil

bug, but maybe it introduced a new problem.

that i used had been compiled using the wrong SIP version... here [1]
