Could I get more examples to apply them to an already attached disk?
It doesn't seem to work and may require more steps for the attached disk.

In the meantime, I did a little more research. It seems it's not supported yet.
There has been a patchset around for some time, started by Maxim Samoylov and
continued by Doug Evans.
Any idea why this hasn't been accepted? Or what to do to move this forward?
