This is my first time using the mailing list. I have been using QEMU 0.11.0 for
an awfully long time with QEMU manager. My host machine is windows 10. Running
such a dated version of QEMU have become increasingly problematic. Some KB

OK, I stand corrected. But that still doesn't answer the question of my
Wonky cursor. The VM machine manager was only mentioned because it is
getting in the way of a potential fix. I don't even know whether that
fix will work.

Virtual machine manager is part of libvirt (virt-manager), not Qemu.
