That looks weird, like a bug in the toolchain ... no clue how to fix
that right now, but as a work-around, you could try to disable just the
related part of the code by running configure with "--target-list-
exclude=aarch64-softmmu,aarch64_be-linux-user,aarch64-linux-user"

That's a very incomplete log that you've pasted here, I think there
should be an earlier error message that should indicate the real
problem. Please recompile without "-j8" and paste the full error log at
the end.
