would really like to have this fixed; I am somewhat experienced and will do
what is needed for testing etc. I would try some CPU "mark" tests for a more
objective check - but which of them will work without DirectX?

uot; is constantly at 100%,
almost all of it by qemu, with over 60% in "system";
With guest NT4 (which is fast) the CPU use is near zero when the NT system is
idle.
