The rule we use for pythonjobs.github.io is that the advert has to name the actual company the ad is for(not just an agency/broker). This was something that Sal Fadhley suggested, IIRC. This allows posts by agents, but tends to lead to more useful/informative ads, and avoids the vague teasers that
