Hi,
I stumbled over an FTBFS in a package depending on python3-numpy. I've added
only python3-numpy to its build-dependencies and the build failed with:

The last upload of python-qt4 removed the Provides field. Unfortunately this
breaks the installation of avogadro, which depends on python2.7-qt4.

After fixing CVE-2009-3560 in the expat package [1] I was informed, that
it broke parsing [2] in some documents. After talking to upstream [3],
the fix for CVE-2009-3560 has been adjusted [4][5].
