Hello,
I am looking for a library for reading GDSII layout files structures
(hierarchy, cells names, ...).
I found IPKISS
(http://www.photonics.intec.ugent.be/research/facilities/design/ipkiss/default.htm),
but it looks to be a generator and not a reader.
