3.x. The maximum system load is around 24.1, regrtest spawns 40 child
processes, the tests take 4 min 20 sec.

Hi,
I don't know what is this "pause" feature", what can cause a pause,
nor how to resume a buildbot worker.
"AMD64 Windows10 3.x" and "AMD64 Windows10 Pro 3.x" built Python
successfully 5 hours ago.
Does someone know if any other worker is paused?

Right now I don't see any other paused workers (from the State column on
the workers page).
My worker (bolen-windows10) resumed Monday evening - at the time I believe
it was the only remaining paused worker. I assumed someone had unpaused
it, but if not, perhaps it's something the master can do o
If a pause happens again, I can try to dig into Twisted logs to see
what caused the pause. But I fear that the logs will not give me much
details.
