[issue20919] Image.show() does not open the image on windows xp

New submission from Yamini Joshi: On using PIL, this command works fine on Windows 7 and opens the image on default image viewer but on Windows xp, it just opens the viewer w/o the image. -- ___ Python tracker <http://bugs.python.org/issue20
