New submission from Paul Broe :
Brand new build of Python 3.9.7 on RHEL 7. Placed in /usr/local/python3
Created new python environment
cd /usr/opt/oracle/
python3 -m venv py3-sphinx
source /usr/opt/oracle/py3-sphinx/bin/activate
Now verify that python is now linked to Python 3.
