New submission from Jools:
Crash when installing python 2.7.11 x64 edition out of the box. x86 version
works. I chose to install for all users, and the system has write permissions
to the folder (C:\bin\python27).

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute '_handlerList'
when trying to install any packages with pip. This one is with trying to
install the logging package:
