[issue7289] bad import in redemo.py script in v3.1

New submission from Alan Gauld : The Tkinter import in redemo.py in Tools/Scripts folder of the 3.1 distribution uses the old spelling of Tkinter. Changing it to lower case fixes it. I've just noticed there is a 3.2 listed, I haven't checked whether it's been fixed there but its not mentioned
