[issue45951] Debugger cannot be resolved

New submission from Ben : First, I am not a programmer by any stretch of the imagination, and I am just trying to get this error solved. I attempted to highlight and comment out a section of code, maybe 20 lines, and the program froze, greyed out, and gave me a spinning wheel mouse. I closed
