[issue1072] Documentaion font size too small

New submission from Nir Soffer: The css uses font-size of 13px. This is way too small and hard to read specially on high resolution screens used typically on laptops. Font size for body text should be 100%. A user can select the preferred font size using the browser. Python 2.x documentation
