[issue32817] MethodType ImportError, can't use random.py

New submission from LaurentiuS : Whenever I'd convert .py to .exe with pyinstaller, this error would occur. I have already reinstalled Python, and yet the error remains. When i import random to Python IDLE, it runs it without any problems. -- components: Windows files: qwerqrw
