[issue31875] Error 0x80070642: Failed to install MSI package.

New submission from Gareth Moger : I had my work computer re-imaged this week but Python 3.6.1 is gone and I am unable to install. I have tried to completely remove it with CCleaner and any other references I found but it still will not install. I am installing the same version as before
