Yes, there is conflict between py-numpy and py-numpy2.
So I defined the CONFLICTS_INSTALL and set py-numpy2 PKGBASE to 2.

I plan import numpy-2.2.0 as a new port math/py-numpy2.
It could be removed in the future when math/py-numpy updated to 2.x

I update numpy to 2.2.0, the result of `make test`:
46562 passed, 2389 skipped, 2810 deselected, 32 xfailed, 5 xpassed, 21 warnings
in 361.04s (0:06:01)
