https://docs.buildbot.net/latest/manual/upgrading/3.0-upgrade.html is quite
useful. I've not tried it yet.
Either someone needs to create a sqlalchemy13 port or we all plunge forward
into buildbot 3.

Does anyone know how long it generally takes for a package to be updated after
a patch like this is done?
I'm trying to decide if it's worth my time and resources to set up poudriere or
