Hello Haruki,
My name is Thomas Stewart and I'm one of the PyMOL developers at
Schrodinger. You can use an educational license to fulfill course or
program requirements such as a Master's thesis or dissertation. We hope to
reword the website in the near future to make it more
addressed in
an upcoming patch and I will go through the rest of the 3.0 changes using
only the trackpad to try to catch any similar issues.
Thanks,
Thomas Stewart

I will also add the parentheses back to the selections! I'm honestly
surprised I didn't immediately notice this in my testing but it should be a
quick fix.
Thank you for reporting these issues and let me know if you find anything
else.
Thanks again,

performance and stability when a large number of objects are loaded in.
Give this version a try before emailing me with a feature request because
it may already be added!
Thanks,
