where the various models are delimited by the keyword MODEL
2. given two or more chains in a pdb file, how can i draw a surface that
takes into account only a selection. when i try this after the usu

if i have two structures loaded in pymol with structure 1 consisting of
chains A and chain B of different sequences
and similarly structure 2 consisting of chains C and D
is it possible to superpose chain B of structure 1 onto chain C of
structure 2?
