Pymolers,
Is it possible to create two, non-overlapping, selections of a
protein, and display them with different line-widths? I have tried "set
line_width=1.2, selection_1", but it applies the new line_width to the
entire protein instead of only selection_1.

The problem is that atoms can be incident with both flexible bonds and
rigid bonds, so we can't simply color an atom appropriately.
Something like "atom_1 atom_2 color" would be nice.
Any thoughts?
