Hi Joaodejota, The shortcut "yrb" will color the molecular surface to highlight hydrophobicity using the method of Hagemans et al. 2015. The shortcut is part of a collection of shortcuts found here https://github.com/MooersLab/pymolshortcuts/blob/master/README.md Best regards, Blaine Blaine M
