[PyMOL] pyMOD can‘t work

Dear all, My pymol version is 1.7. The python  is 2.7. And I download pymod and other attachments successfully.The insallation is also successful. But when I click plugin manager trying to load pymod.py. It faild. It says "Unable to initialize plugin 'PyMod' (pmg_tk.startup.PyMod)." Can anyone d

[PyMOL] ligand superimpose (multiple structures) and RMSD value

Dear Pymol users and developers, I need to superimpose more than 200 ligands (same ligand with different conformations) to one target ligand and obtain the RMSD value.   for example align 1RGS.pdb 1KMS.pdbalign 1VKS.pdb 1KMS.pdbalign 1CHC.pdb 1KMS.pdb ... .. I can manually do this action b
