Good morning. I was wondering if anybody could help me with rendering a A
to B transition in DNA. When I render it in cartoon mode, the tube
connecting the P-P on the DNA backbone is discontinuous (mainly at the
transitions between A and B DNA).
Any suggestions?

Can you wait a week or two? This sort of thing is about to get 100X easier in
PyMOL...
